About Me.

Greetings! I am Joseph Paguio, a Southern California - based wedding and event photographer, and I'm looking forward to helping you preserve your special moments. 

Just as my clients love experiencing their special moments, I enjoy capturing and preserving those moments for them with my camera. I absolutely love creating images that are full of life and that capture the spirit of the moment, so for weddings and events, most of the time I will use a mostly photojournalistic approach that allows you and your guests to enjoy your day, and have beautiful photos to show for it. 

Being a professional musician (vocalist, trombonist, conductor, and recording engineer) for all of my adult life, everything that I have learned through performing and working with people I have brought to my craft as a photographer, including timing, reading the action and energy at an event, working with people, and allowing an event to have its flow (i.e. not interrupting things), all the while getting the photos that will tell the story of the event. I take great joy and pride in being able to showcase other people's joy, and I hope you can see it in my work (feel free to click on the link to my galleries below).
